Guided Meditations–In the Company of Animals and Nature
Celebrate Yourself along with your Animal Friends, the Devas and the Elementals. . .in the garden, in the corral, under the trees, out in the desert, the park, or…???
With help from your Animal Companions–past or present–or other Animal Friends, you may relax, recharge, find inspiration, allow forgiveness, achieve peace, or help yourself focus.
As you become open to the energies emanating from plant life or the animals, from the sun, the moon and the sky, from the Earth and everything around us, you will find that we are provided with endless sources of loving energy for every part of our life.

Currently, we are scheduled regularly in Central Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and often in Cave Creek, and Fountain Hills, and are seeking other locations, as well. In some venues you may bring your animal companion. In others, we ask that you not, as we will be in the midst of horses or other animals’ energies. Elsewhere will offer the energy of the local inhabitants. Photographs of your animal friends are, of course, encouraged.
For every location, you will need to bring something comfortable to sit on (such as a folding chair or camping chair) and a bottle of water for yourself; the same if your animal companion is accompanying you. We will be outdoors.
An Animal Companion may accompany you on the First & Third Thursday Evenings in Central Phoenix. We will be in the company of the Horses on the Second & Fourth Wednesday Evenings in Paradise Valley (no animals, please). The Schedule to be determined for Cave Creek & Fountain Hills.
We will gather at approximately 7 pm, and the meditation will start at 7:30pm. Please be respectful, and do not disturb the tranquility of others by joining us as a late comer.
